By downloading, accessing, or using Carom 3C, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or website.
Use of the app
Carom 3C is provided for personal, non-commercial practice and learning. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any unlawful way.
Subscriptions and payments
Carom 3C Pro is an optional subscription sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account, and subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. Prices may vary by region.
Your content
Practice notes and positions you create remain yours. You are responsible for the content you add. Lessons and other material we publish remain the property of Carom 3C.
Intellectual property
The Carom 3C apps and this website, including their software and physics, table artwork, lessons and design, belong to Carom 3C and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may use them for your own practice. Except where the law allows it, you may not copy, scrape, decompile or reverse engineer them, or reuse their code, artwork or lessons in another product or service, without our written permission.
Disclaimer and liability
Carom 3C is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app or website.
